Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48–72 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take a short time to appear once USPS or UPS scans the package.
Need your order sooner?
If you need expedited shipping for a time-sensitive order, please contact us before placing your order or immediately afterward. As a small business, we are always happy to do our best to accommodate rush shipping requests whenever possible.
Incorrect shipping address entered:
We understand that mistakes happen. If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We'll do everything we reasonably can to help resolve the situation. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders are typically shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Priority Mail and UPS shipping is available upon request.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International and may take approximately 30–45 days for delivery depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
Please note:
- Tracking visibility may become limited once a package leaves the United States.
- Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties applied by the destination country.
- Some international destinations may not be eligible for shipping.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, VAT, GST, or import charges assessed by their country. Original shipping charges, duties, and customs fees are non-refundable.
Delivered Packages
Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by USPS or UPS. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly for additional assistance.
