Refund policy
Our goal is simple: we want you to love your Vexil purchase. If something isn't quite right, we'll do everything we reasonably can to make it right. The following policy helps ensure every customer receives brand-new, high-quality merchandise while allowing us to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible.
Returns/Refunds
We will happily refund your product, within 14 days from the date you received your item(s), but items MUST be returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Items received more than 14 days ago are no longer eligible for a refund. Exchanges may be approved within 30 days of delivery, provided the merchandise is returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.
Any order discrepancies or damaged items received must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue and a picture of the discrepancy and/or damage. Please send your email to info@vexilbrand.com.
To complete your return, please send an email to info@vexilbrand.com so that a return label can be emailed to you. In the event you have sent the package back yourself, always keep record of the tracking number until we have confirmed your package as received.
All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt. Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Returns that show signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, dirt, pet hair, damage, or missing tags may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to do an exchange of product within 30 days of the product being received. If you would like to exchange for another item please send us an email at info@vexilbrand.com.
Please make sure the item being exchanged is returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached. All exchange items are inspected upon receipt. If an item is returned in worn, washed, or otherwise non-resellable condition, you may be charged for the replacement item.
Missing or Undelivered Orders
We want every order to arrive safely and on time. If your package hasn't arrived as expected, please review the following policy:
- Report missing orders: Please report missing, lost or undelivered packages within 60 days of the shipment date. Reports received after 60 days cannot be investigated or refunded, as carrier tracking information and insurance claims are no longer accessible.
- Tracking Information: All orders include tracking details provided at the time of shipment. Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. If you cannot locate your package, please check with household members or neighbors who may have received it on your behalf. Also, contact your local post office or delivery carrier for assistance.

Packages marked as Delivered: If the carrier confirms delivery but you haven't received your order, we recommend:
- Verifying the delivery address entered during checkout
- Waiting 24-48 hours, as some carriers mark packages "delivered" before actual arrival.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Vexil Brand is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered during checkout.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund on items that have been returned, please reach out to us (info@vexilbrand.com).
If we've confirmed that your refund has been issued, you may want to contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time (typically 2-3 business days) before a refund is posted.
Sale items
All clearance items listed under (Last Chance) are final and are not eligible for refunds. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
